Town Square Jewelers also offers a gold sale fundraiser to participating groups and organizations. This will be the easiest fundraiser you have ever participated in! All you have to do is get the word to your group members and we do the rest.

Your members will be invited to bring their old, broken, unworn gold and silver to Town Square Jewelers during a specified time period. The gold will be sorted and weighed with your member in the privacy of our gold room. Your member will be paid the same competitive prices we are offering to everyone. As always, there will be no pressure or obligation to sell. Your organization will receive a payment at the end of the promotion based on the total DWT (weight measurement used to weigh the gold) sold by your members.

Having the members come to the store for the sale serves several purposes. Your organization will not have to provide a location or volunteers for the fundraiser. The safety procedures are already in place to insure the member a secure and private location to sell their gold. It also allows the member to come at their convenience, as they will be welcome anytime during our regular business hours.

On our end the sale of the gold will be treated as all other sales. No appointments are necessary. Your member will receive the same pricing and options that are being offered to our customers. Your member will be offered payment on the spot or they may take a store credit to use towards merchandise. If they choose a store credit they will receive 50% more for their sale. However, the donation to the organization will be based on DWT of gold, not the dollar amount to the member. It will be the obligation of the member to let us know they are participating in the fundraiser. As with all Gold Sales, all sales are final and they will need to provide a picture ID.

It will be the responsibility of the organization to promote the dates of the Gold Sale Fundraiser and to notify your members. Town Square will provide a sample flyer that can be emailed or printed for your use.
